Cramly

Terms of Use

Effective 17 October 2026

Welcome to Cramly. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Cramly.

1. What Cramly does

Cramly helps you turn study material into short videos ("reels") and quizzes. It is a study aid. It is not a substitute for your teachers, textbooks or official exam material.

2. Your content

3. AI-generated content

Scripts and quizzes may be generated by artificial intelligence (Apple's on-device model or, if you choose Cramly Cloud, Anthropic's Claude). AI can make mistakes. Always check reels and quiz answers against your textbook before relying on them. Cramly gives no guarantee that generated content is accurate or complete.

4. Sharing reels

Reels you share on other platforms (Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp and others) are subject to those platforms' rules. Free reels include a small "Made with Cramly" watermark and end card; please don't remove them.

5. Cramly Pro subscriptions

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Cramly. For example, don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer its servers, get around subscription checks or usage limits, or use it to create harmful, hateful or deceptive content.

7. Our app and brand

The Cramly app, its design, illustrations, music engine and name belong to us. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app under these terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Music and sound effects made by Cramly inside your reels may be used freely in those reels.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features. We'll try to give notice of major changes. On-device features keep working without an internet connection.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Cramly is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or exam results. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
